Availability

What dates are available?


Please view the event calendar that can be found in the "Availability" option from the site menu.




Can I rent The Hall before the event?


Yes, you can rent the day before for an additional fee of $100 per hour.




On the day(s) that I rent the facility, how long do I have access?


Two hours set before the event start time with six hours of event time, and one hour clean up at conclusion of the event. We ask all events to be over by 11:00 PM with all persons and items removed by midnight.




Can I clean up the next day?


Unless you have purchased additional time the day after, all persons and items need to be removed from the facility by midnight the day of the event.




Can we reserve time for a rehersal dinner?


Yes, we have a space perfect for a rehearsal dinner that can be rented for an additional fee of $100 per hour.





Pricing

How much does it cost to rent The Hall?


Sunday – Thursday: $600 Friday & Saturday: $700 Price listed is for a standard 6-hour event. Additonal time can be added for a fee.




When is the invoice payment due?


Two weeks before the event. The exact date will be specified when the contract is agreed upon.




What forms of payment do you accept?


Cash, check, money order, and credit card.




Is a minimum purchase required?


No.





Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy?


Deposits are non-refundable.





Food & Drink

Can I choose who I want to cater?


Yes. Outside catering fee begins at $200.




Is there a kitchen available?


Yes, an additional fee applies if you are not using an outside caterer and choose to use the kitchen. If you are using an outside caterer, which is a starting fee of $200, use of the kitchen is included at no additional cost. Please inquire for more details.





Details

How many people can The Hall accomodate?


Up to a 150 people comfortably with maximum seating availability of 173.




Are tables and chairs available?


Yes, both are available and are included with the rental.




Are linens and table clothes available?


Yes, we have many colors available and we can order additional colors if needed at an additional *fee. *(fee depends on cost of color requested)




Are plates, utensils and glasses available?


Yes.




What type of audio/visual equipment is available?


In-house sound system, microphones, TV, projectors, state-of-the-art lighting system with customizable lighting and a podium. We also provide an in-house DJ as well.




Are there florals available?


Yes, please inquire for details.





Security

Is there security?


When alcohol is served, a security guard is required. - 50 People or less: For a 6-hour event the security cost is $180.00. Each additional hour is $30. One security guard will be provided. - 50 People or more: For a 6-hour event the security cost is $360.00. Each additional hour is $60. Two security guards will be provided.





Alcohol/Bar

Is a bar an option?


We offer multiple bar options with a cash bar and open bar available as well.




How much is a bar?


Cash bar: $1.00 per guest + the cost of the drink at purchase. Open beer & wine: $12 per guest. Cocktails available for cash purchase. Open bar (all drink options): $18 per guest.





Cleaning

How clean do I need to leave the facility?


Please make sure all your items that have been brought in for the event have been removed.

Insurance

Is liability insurance required?


If there will be external vendors used they are required to be insured.
